Three mid-1800s buildings on West Main were joined into a single 85,000-square-foot project behind their original brick facades. A fire in 2015 set the schedule back. No material program change was identified in the sources reviewed.

What changed
- Combines three mid-1800s buildings at 111, 113, and 115 West Main into one mixed-use project of roughly 85,000 sq ft.
- A three-alarm fire in July 2015 damaged the block mid-construction. Work resumed after a structural assessment.
- As built, the brick facades were retained the way the renderings showed them.
- Ground-floor retail is anchored by Duluth Trading Co. at about 15,000 sq ft, with restaurant and office space and apartments above.
- No sourced evidence was found of a material departure from the program shown in the 2015 renderings.
Why there is nothing to explain
The completed project retained the mixed-use program and historic-facade approach shown in the 2015 material. The 2015 fire delayed the work, but no material program change was identified in the sources reviewed.
